Important Dates and Timelines

This is the timeline for each month of what will occur

  • 1st the event starts
  • 12th new theme for the following theme will be announced and this is when applications will start to be accepted to the telephone at the the event
  • 14th the event ends and you can remove your items if you are NOT going to participate the following month
  • 15th vendors will be returned to those who are not participating in back to back months
  • 20th setup starts as well as fees can start to be paid via a nc given by Xandra Bressig or Sutha Stoop upon fees due
  • 22nd applications are closed for the month. Payment note cards will be sent out to each vendor what is owed for the event.
  • 24th payment for all items purchased which includes, vendors, sponsorship, billboards, gachas
  • 26th deadline to set up, this includes vendors, gifts, gachas. Designers MUST send out a NC to Xandra Bressig with your product’s being offered at The Candy Factory for that month.
  • 27th late payment or lack of setup, your items will be removed and no refunds will be given.

 

  • 27-29th Designers who want their items to be blogged can set up their items in the Blogger’s Room
  • 1st-7th Bloggers MUST must have at least 2 posts during the first week of the event which will cover all content during that round. This includes posting a link for each posts in the Designers group for myself and the designers to see what has been done.
